Introduced in the kitplane market in 1998, the Pelican Sport is a two seater high wing aircraft that features a fixed tricycle gear and optimized for  the Rotax 912 family of engines. It was designed by Ultravia Aero Intl. according to the DS10141 Canadian design standard.  It is a natural choice for pilots who withhold a ultralight permit, a sport pilot, a recreational, a private or a commercial license.
